报告人简介:
梁承志,男,加拿大籍。中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所基因组分析平台首席科学家、生物大数据分析平台首席科学家。中国科学院“百人计划B类”, 其开发的HERA软件入选GPB杂志评选的2019年度“中国生物信息学十大算法和工具”、“中国生物信息学十大进展”。 作为第一或通讯作者在Nature,Cell,Science,Nature Communications, Nature Plants, Molecular Plant, Genome Research, Nucleic Acids Research, Bioinformatics等杂志发表文章多篇。基因组学和生物信息学领域20年的研发经验。深入了解新一代测序技术及其应用,多年的相关数据分析经验。承担了多项重大科研项目,构建了功能强大的作物育种组学知识库。
